Audit first. Then implement. Then train.

Three capabilities, in a fixed order, and one way in: a conversation. The audit maps how your business actually runs and decides what the other two build. Web work and the lunch and learn publish their prices; everything whose cost follows the operation is scoped after discovery.

Complimentary · 30–60 minutes

A 30–60 minute conversation to understand how your business works, where the friction is, and what kind of engagement, if any, actually makes sense. Show up with a problem rather than a specification. It is not the Ascension Audit; it decides whether one is warranted and how to scope it.

Ascension Audit

You already have AI subscriptions, a few automations, and a stack of software. The operation still runs on people carrying information between systems.

A structured look at how the business actually works before anything gets built: workflows, software, knowledge, people, the AI already in use, automation, risk, and economics. It ends in a prioritized roadmap: what to keep, consolidate, automate, augment, build, or leave with people.

Typical outcome → an operational map and a prioritized roadmap

What it may produce

  • Workflow map
  • Software map
  • Knowledge map
  • AI usage map
  • Opportunity map
  • Automation candidates
  • Implementation priorities
  • Training requirements
  • Security considerations
  • Baseline metrics
  • Pilot recommendation
  • Phased roadmap

Scoped after the discovery call around the number of workflows, the systems involved, the stakeholders, and the depth of analysis required. No two operations are the same size, so there is no fixed package.

02 · Implement

Only what earned its place gets built.

Implementation usually follows the audit’s roadmap. A clearly scoped build doesn’t have to wait for one: web work is priced up front, and systems work is scoped after discovery, because its cost follows the workflow, the integrations, and the risk. The website demo is a rental fleet I run every day; the rest show the kinds of systems I build behind businesses like it.

Landing Pages

A campaign, an offer, or a new service needs a page of its own, and it shouldn’t have to wait on a full website.

Focused pages built around one offer, one audience, and one clear conversion goal. Price depends on complexity; expressive scroll-driven experiences, custom applications, complex integrations, and extensive copywriting are scoped separately.

Typical outcome → one page with one job

  • One-page landing page
  • Conversion structure
  • Responsive build
  • One clear call to action
  • Lightweight analytics
  • SEO and AEO foundations
  • Deployment

Web Design

Most business websites describe the business. They aren’t built around the one or two things a visitor should actually do.

Business websites designed around what you want visitors to do: call, book, request, buy. Multiple pages, real content structure, search visibility, and the integrations that make the site a business asset rather than a brochure. The price scales with page count, custom design, content needs, integrations, booking or payments, motion, SEO and AEO depth, and migration work.

Typical outcome → more qualified inquiries

  • Multi-page business websites
  • Content structure
  • Lead generation
  • Forms and routing
  • Analytics
  • CRM and email integration
  • Booking
  • Deployment and hosting
  • Custom functionality

Starting at $1,500–$2,000

Workflow Automation

Somebody on your team retypes, forwards, files, or follows up on the same kind of thing every single day. Usually work nobody has questioned in years.

Connect inboxes, forms, and systems so repetitive work happens automatically. Email comes in, AI understands it, your systems update, and the right person gets the next task. Priced after discovery: one workflow between two systems costs less than a multi-system implementation.

Typical outcome → fewer manual handoffs

The goal isn’t to add AI everywhere. It’s to remove work that shouldn’t require a person in the first place.

  • Email processing
  • Form workflows
  • Automated reporting
  • CRM automation
  • Document generation
  • Data extraction
  • AI-assisted support
  • Internal knowledge workflows
  • Multi-step automations

AI Integration

Your business already has the answers: in documents, records, maintenance logs, email threads. Nobody can get them out without digging.

Put AI against your own processes, documents, and business data: intelligence built into how the business already runs, working from your records instead of a general chat window. Agentic and operational systems get deeper scoping, because the integrations and the risk decide the work.

Typical outcome → faster decisions and execution

  • Internal AI assistants
  • Knowledge systems
  • Document intelligence
  • Business-data search
  • AI-enabled dashboards and portals
  • Agent workflows
  • Human-in-the-loop systems

AskWhich vehicles have had repeated battery issues in the last 90 days?

3 vehicles flagged

  • Van 124 incidents
  • Sedan 073 incidents
  • Truck 032 incidents

All three had batteries replaced within 18 months. Pattern suggests a charging or parasitic-drain issue on Van 12; inspection recommended before the next long booking.

Internal Tools & Custom Systems

The state of the business lives in spreadsheets, group texts, and someone’s memory. Everyone asks the same person the same questions.

Give customers, employees, or managers one place to get things done. Internal software built around the way your business actually operates, instead of bending the business to fit whatever software you could find.

Typical outcome → fewer spreadsheets and status emails

  • Operations dashboards
  • Admin portals
  • Customer portals
  • Reporting
  • Fleet management
  • Asset management
  • Lead systems
  • Internal databases
  • Custom business applications

Discuss an implementation

Why this work holds up

I build many of these systems inside businesses I operate first. So I’m usually thinking about what happens after launch: who uses it, what breaks, what saves time, and whether anyone actually cares.

Built by me · Live projects · Real workflows

03 · Train

Training that outlives the rollout.

A system nobody adopts is not a successful implementation.

Role-specific, hands-on sessions built on the team’s own workflows: what to ask, what to verify, what never to paste in.

Implementation training

Custom scope after discovery

Getting a newly implemented system used: the exceptions, the escalation path, the written playbook it runs by, and who owns it after launch.

Executive & department programs

Custom scope after discovery

Multi-session programs for leadership or a whole department: where AI is useful, what it costs to operate, and which decisions need oversight.

Available for keynotes, panels, workshops, classroom sessions, and professional organizations.

Teach kids to use AI without letting AI do their thinking for them.

AI is already part of how students search, learn, create, and communicate. Pretending it isn’t there doesn’t protect anyone. It just leaves them to work it out alone, from whatever they find first.

Sessions are practical and optimistic. The goal is that students come away understanding what the technology is good at, where it quietly gets things wrong, and how to stay the one doing the thinking.

What sessions cover

  • What AI is and isn’t
  • Why AI can confidently be wrong
  • Privacy and personal information
  • Deepfakes and synthetic media
  • Misinformation
  • Responsible schoolwork
  • Asking better questions
  • Fact-checking AI
  • Using AI to learn rather than avoid learning
  • Critical thinking in an AI-heavy world

Who they’re for

  • Elementary, middle, and high school, as age appropriate
  • Student groups
  • Faculty
  • Parents
  • Community organizations
